This is a cool little forge from WizKids. The coal comes out, and originally had electronics and a small LED inside. It stopped working almost immediately, and the LED was so weak that with any lighting in the room it wouldn’t be seen. As such I decided to rip the guts out of it, and if I decide I want to have it lit I’ll put more (and more robust) LEDs & electronics in it.
The battery operated lit coals are a really cool idea, just not well executed in this case. Replacement electronics & setup would do wonders for it. Not sure that I’ll ever do it, just sayin’.
