The majestic Griffin! Or – do you prefer Griffon? Or maybe you’re really old-school and like Gryphon best… No matter how you spell it, this creature is generates both awe and fear when encountered in the wilds. It’s never clear how a wild griffin will react to you, at first. It’s best to proceed cautiously, or just keep your distance. Even large creatures think twice about tangling with an adult gryphon.
The “brand new” (at the time) contrast paints made this a cinch to paint! I very much enjoyed doing the basing on this model as well — overall, a quick job that was a lot of fun to do.
